The Panacis Product Development Process borrows heavily from the V-model of systems development, incorporating gate reviews at critical program stages. Our approach ensures that our customers are true partners in the development effort, with strong visibility in to the progress, cost, and risks throughout the program.

Quality Assurance

At Panacis, our ISO 13485 certified quality system is in place for the design and production of medical devices. Borrowing heavily from this system, our corporate quality assurance framework supports the full product life cycle. This provides our customers with assurance of a high standard of quality in every program that we undertake.

IP Strategy and Patent Drafting

Panacis staff are creative and innovative, and are regularly named as inventors on patents. Indeed, Panacis routinely files patents over the course of design efforts with our customers. Panacis staff have extensive experience in the authoring of very successful patents, which was gained during the design and execution of IP strategies for multinational technology companies.
