At Panacis, our support for product returns and repairs allows us to fully deliver on the value of our integrated design and production services. Coupled with our logistics support, we are routinely retained by our customers to manage this important stage of the product life cycle. Product returns, whether due to production or field failure, provide insight that is vital for the refinement of successive designs, reduction of production costs, or improvement of production yields.
Panacis provides ongoing repair and refurbishment service for a globally-regulated medical device, performed under the control of its ISO quality management system.

- unit history tracking for regulatory compliance,
- case and issue tracking for statistical root cause analysis,
- non-compliance and corrective action reports for documented quality improvement, and
